Erin + Julio, Revisited

I was ecstatic to see a CD mailer amidst the piles of mail that had accumulated during our vacation. SoCal Sunshine Productions had sent over a fun surprise- some more images from Erin and Julio's gorgeous Hyatt Huntington Beach wedding- enjoy!

We're back from the mountains and (despite the sometimes smokey air) we had a blast! I hope everyone had a fun-filled 4th:) I came home to LOTS of amazing blogging material, so be sure to visit often this week as posts should be in abundance.

Let's start off with some lovely engagement photos from none other than Sarah K. Chen. Sara really outdid herself this time- you can tell she was loving both her subjects (aren't Sue and Joe adorable?) and her location as well. They flew Sarah up to shoot their session and I know you will agree that it was definitely worth it! Not only is SF special to the lovebirds, but it made for some truly spectacular photos. Be on the lookout for their wedding pictures in August- you won't want to miss them! I am really looking forward to visiting Lake Arrowhead (for the first time ever) just for the occasion. Sue and Joe filled me in on all their fabulous wedding plans a few weeks ago, and it is going to be such a charming and beautiful day overflowing with details drawing inspiration on the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Off to the mountains!

I will be out of the office starting today, Wednesday (7/2) through Monday (7/7). We're off to spend some much needed time with my parents up at our family cabin in the Tahoe area. The 4th of July is my favorite time to visit, and we are sure to have a blast boating on the lake and making s'mores on the deck at night (my FAVE!). I will be checking e-mail and voice mails as I have cell phone reception, but if you don't hear from me chances are I will follow up upon my return Monday evening. Have a fun and safe holiday!!

Lily + Sam, Wayfarer's Chapel and the Hilton, Universal City

Lily and Sam have the kind of love that needs no words- with just one look passing between them, it is so apparent how much they truly love and adore one another. They have the kind of love that I think all couples strive for; quiet, understated, and so completely genuine and whole-hearted. Their wedding day was the perfect start to their lifetime together and I had an amazing time ensuring that it was the celebration that their fabulous love deserved.
